Located in Golden, Foothills Animal Shelter is one of the leading animal shelters in Colorado, serving Jefferson County.
Dog and pet licensing represented a major new initiative for the shelter. Barnhart supported the shelter in creating an integrated outreach effort that captured the interest and engagement of county residents—especially dog and cat owners.
THE CAMPAIGN LEVERAGES INSIGHT THAT WHILE EVERY PET OWNER THINKS THEIR DOG IS SMART, NO DOG IS INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO FIND ITS WAY HOME.
